We wanted to give you some updates and schedule dates for 2021.
By the way, this is our 20th year as a charity, and as strange as 2020 was it was by far our best year helping people and changing lives ever. We can’t thank you enough for your faithfulness.
We were hoping to hold a 20th-year celebration this spring, but with the Covid situation, we will wait until the fall or the spring of 2022. We hope you all will be a part of that when it does take place.
And though we are putting that on hold, the ministry of Kingdom Investors is not on hold. Please see below for some upcoming events and make plans to join us whenever you can.
A second mission trip to Lake Charles, Louisiana, working again with Fuller Rebuilders, is scheduled for Feb 20-27. Lyle with Touching Lives World Wide is hosting this for our team. Cost is $989 pp, and that includes airfare to Houston, all ground transportation, lodging in a hotel (not in a camp like in November), and all your meals. If you would like to go, please contact me at George.Warren@KingdomInvestors.info, and I will set you up to get registered and get you all the information you need.
A food packing is scheduled for Saturday, March 27th, 9-12 at Strickland’s Farm. Please sign up on our website if you would like to participate. More food packings will be scheduled shortly.
We have a trip scheduled to Nicaragua on April 27-30 with Rick Zorehkey and Convoy of Hope. It is mainly an informational trip for business people to see where some of their donations go.
Nicaragua is a young program for Convoy, not to the scale of Haiti and Kenya, but it will be very informative to see how the Children’s Feeding Program, Women’s Empowerment, and the Agriculture program all come together to revitalize a community. The cost is $900 PP. We will be staying in a nice hotel and will be very safe.
The next Golf Tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, June 1st, at Renditions. Registration on the website should be available by mid-February. We do expect this to sell out fast, so please get your registration in early.
Just a few other notes, the dates for the rescheduled Missions trip to the Bahamas due to Covid is still not scheduled. It is possibly going to be in April or May, but we are still waiting for clearances from the organization we are working with. If you have paid (and didn’t request a refund), we still have your money and a flight voucher for you. You will be notified immediately if we hear anything positive.
The Fall golf tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct 5th.
We thank you again for being part of the Kingdom Investor Family.
Together we Do Make a Difference!
Blessings George
